How to use

Strap it on. Plug it in. Press start.

GETTING STARTED
1. Plug the USB cable into any standard USB port (phone charger, laptop, power bank, wall adapter).
2. Wrap the pad around the area you want to target — shoulder, lower back, knee, calf, or elbow.
3. Secure with the velcro closure. The 12 LEDs should sit against your skin (works through thin clothing too, but direct skin contact is most effective).
4. Press the power button. Choose your brightness level. Set your timer.
5. Sit back. The device shuts off automatically when the timer ends.

WHEN TO USE IT

Morning routine: 15-30 minutes during coffee or breakfast for a gentle daily wellness practice.

Post-workout: 30-60 minutes after exercise to support muscle recovery.

End of long shifts: 30-60 minutes on the body parts that worked hardest — feet up, pad on shoulders or lower back.

Before bed: Wear it during your wind-down routine. The auto-off timer means you can fall asleep without worrying about turning it off.

HOW OFTEN
Most people use it 3-5 times per week. Daily use is fine. Listen to your body — start with shorter sessions on lower brightness and work up.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Wipe the LED surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth after use. Don't submerge in water. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. The strap is hand-washable with mild soap; air dry only.
